In this interview we go behind the scenes with Adam Posner, founder and director of Directivity, a boutique marketing agency where Adam enables clients make price irrelevant by helping them become more valuable to their customers so their customers become more valuable to them.
Having immigrated from South Africa with little more than $400 to his name, he has successfully held down a range of senior marketing roles before venturing out on his own in 2007.
Since, then Adam’s work has taken him across the span of Australia working with several national B2C clients including TAB, Quest Hotel Apartments & Global Beauty Group – and in our interview, he opens up the vault and shares a number of frameworks and methods to become more relevant and more meaningful to your clients – because as you know, more engagement drives more advocacy which drives more referrals.
Adam has also commissioned and co-authored three of Australia’s most in-depth research studies on consumers’ relationships with loyalty programs – For Love or Money – 2015 and 2013 and Share the Love – 2014.
