In this third of 3 interviews with Jeffrey Slayter, we take a look at how you can multiply your impact and effectiveness through enhancing productivity.

The reason why I invited Jeffery back to discuss how to maximise your productivity and create leverage is because, a key element that can cause your business to grow exponentially is your capacity to implement the right systems with the right people to create a multiplying effect – with your time and your efforts.

Contrary to popular belief, your can ‘buy’ time. Some people call it delegating,   empowering or leading. When you do it well, it means you can spend more of your time doing the things you enjoy (and you are good at) while being supported for other low-value tasks that can take up a lot of time.
