Maria Smith is the founder of Bounce Consulting, an agency firm that delivers training programs focused primarily on empowering the long-term unemployed to become gainfully employed. In addition to this, Bounce Consulting also deliver a host of other programs for recruiters and corporates including Train-the-Trainer & leadership programs.
