07 Mar 078: How to start living your bucket list with Travis Bell, The Bucket List Guy
When given the opportunity to interview Travis Bell, The Bucket List Guy, I just had to say “yes”. Having heard about Trav for a while, he is a self-appointed ʻBucket Listologistʼ and has obsessively studied the Bucket List phenomenon & blended the worldʼs best Positive Psychology principals to create his own unique Bucket List Life Philosophy.
Trav has designed his life around his Bucket List and now he helps Bucket Listers all over the globe create and cross off theirs. A Bucket List is a tangible reason ʻWhyʼ. A Life Plan that has the power to transform every area of your life.
Given the congruence with the theme of this show, it only made sense for Trav to share his own journey and how he helps others creating empowering choices around all areas of their life.
Trav also knows what it’s like to have highs and lows in business, and some of his earlier experiences were the catalyst for him to redefine himself in a role where he now impacts and inspires many thousands of people every year for the better.
In this episode you’ll learn:
- How Travis gets seminar attendees to take action on their life priorities
- How to move people from ‘stop loss’ to a place of empowerment
- How to build a brand that captures intrigue and interest
- Travis’ tip for building momentum around your core area of expertise
